• Ski lessons and equipment hire can be arranged for you
• Ski passes can be booked on line in advance
• Taxis can be booked on your behalf
• DVD’s can be hired from the Cyber Centre in La Plagne Centre, which is also the internet shop.
• Essentials can be purchased for you and left in the apartment for your arrival, if paid for in advance.
• During your stay if you have any questions or need a French speaker to help with any matters, please do not hesitate to ask.

Information

• Rentals are from Saturday 5pm until the following Saturday when check out time is 10.00am (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed)
• Keys can be collected from an agency or you can be met at the property depending on time of arrival
• Unfortunately pets are not accepted
• Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of each property
• Cleaning is included in the price
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of confirmation to guarantee the property, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment is accepted in both pounds sterling and euros by cheque or bank transfer. The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• Liability for any damage or breakages is the responsibility of the person who made the booking. At the time of booking a refundable deposit of 200 euros or 150 pounds sterling will also be taken to cover these eventualities. This will be returned within 14 days of your stay subject to no breakages or damage to the property.
